February 15, 200620 yr Does anyone know if Microsoft Paint can be used for aircraft repainting?:-luke :-zhelp
February 16, 200620 yr A technically correct answer is yes. You will still need a texture converting program such as Microsft's IMAGETOOL or Martin Wright's DXTBMP.The main limitation on MS PAint (and considering this, there are people that make miracles with it) is that it's a basic painting program with few of the "bells and whistles" - effects, etc - that other paint programs have. There are free paint programs that have many of the effects and features of high end paint programs. Check out Gimp! and pixia, both freeware.Felix/FFDSPegasus Aviation Design
