To design your own aircraft liveries you can either use microsoft paint, which is built into your operating system, this is a basic painter, you will then need to configure the aircraft's config file to use your texture or you can either use paintshop pro or photoshop then configure the aircraft's config file.or you can use FS Repaint from Abacus, this has a built in painter, but you can use paintshop pro or photoshop with it.You can get FS Repaint from: http://www.abacuspub.comFS Repaint, paintshop pro and photoshop are payware.Hope this helps.
