Comrades :-)every year, starting feb/march the Great Aussie Air Race is being held, a grand tour around Australia, split in approx 28 - 32 legs Off line, precise flying according the book, pireps etc. The forum is full of banter. Really a great event. I have taken part twice so far with exotic a/c like an Aero 45S and a C-121A. I plan to fly next event in a Russian plane to promote SAMDIM & Xomer simulations. Have already posted some screenshots there and getting requests about the An-2 and Tu-114 www.bluegrassairlines.com/screenshots/The master plan: to gather enough Russian a/c enthousiasts to take part in this event flying Russian planes. Subscription date starts around feb. and will be announced on www.bluegrassairlines.comProbably some Russian simmers could take part as well. Spread the word!!Maybe we can lure them into organizing the Russian Air Tour race (RAT race)Okay, lets swamp the Aussie skies with Russian technology and show them some exotics!!cheersdogsbody flying Russian aeroplanes is an art....
