Hi, why when the fuel is in order to end then returns to the maximum? while I'm flight...tanks

To explain it better, why when the fuel in one of the tanks 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 finishes, something happens and all the tanks are suddenly full again?Thanks

I have the same problem. FS9 Unlimited fuel is off, but still when fuel level get close to 20 000 kgs it just fills up and than i am out of balance, i loose altitude, and i am too heavy for landing. Someone found a fix to that ?
