Install problem

I cannot install - I get to the last file on the installer and it then says "searching for files" and just stays there. I have turned off firewall, antivirus, running programs and wireless router firewall. I have even tried to install on another pc on my home network and have exactly the same problem. I can only assume it has something to do with my wireless network settings/router. Anyone got aby ideas - many thanks.S

Simon,You only need to post your message once, email the support department with your details and the error message you are getting.
