airbus pro flight plan BIG problems

can some one pleas help me i am having grate problems with air bus when i create a flight plan in fs nav or fsbuild and set it up in airbus pro one of 2 things happen one the plan disapears after take of and ends up at the last way point or which is the most comane my computer wil crash as soon as i push initiat this hapens even if i use the flight plan converter or not i have nave up dates all the same for all the programs i use and all the updates runing win xpfs9 fsnav/fsbuild
