Airbus Pitot heat and clr-button

Recommended Posts

Hello All!I have a prob with the airbus 320/330/340 pitot heat: Even in Icing conditions with pitot off it never comes to a freezing pitot tube! I found also, that if u use standart key-combo for pitot on/off (shift-h), the corresponding overhead button doesn't react, nor if u assign a key-combo via the panel-configurator. Did I miss something or is the pitot heater always set to "on"?What does the "CLR"-button on the ecam-control.panel do?Thy in advance, greetings,Hakan

thx, John!Ctrl-P works now, for the pitot, seems that i didn't get the function right, the Probe/Window heat is therefore labeled auto/on ;)Regards,Hakan
