PSS A320 THRUST PROBLEM

HELLO. THIS IS MY FIRST MESSAGE IN THE FORUM.I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH PSS A320.WHEN I MOVE THE THRUST CONTROLS TO THE FLX OR TOGA GATE NOTHING HAPPENS. THE N1 STAYS AT THE 21%I HAVE WIN XP AND FS2002.THE A330-340 WORK FINECAN ANYBODY HELP ME.I DIDN'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH WIN 98 AND FS2002
