A319/320/321 panel

I have read and followed all the FAQ's postings. Searched the Forum for other type answers but have not found the answer.When I start up (default B737) and then switch to the PSS A319 the mouse pointer in the panel is all jumpy. It changes between a point and then the Egg Timer making it almost impossible to clik on anything in the panel.P4 3.0WinXp Home1Gb RamnVidia 4600 128mbFSUIPC 3.22Clean install for WinXP and "nothing" else installed except FS9. Clean install of A3xx/liveries from website.New panel.cfg downloaded from website and installed and problem continues.DAVE

That is the new panel.cfg I spoke about in my message.. Still get the same problem, plus I notice it has a black left side that does not show the outside..
