January 30, 200323 yr I recently installed FLight One's 737-400 package. They have a procedure that sets the simulation to a cold start. When I run any other plan they now start with engines off. Yet, I can find no setting in fs2002 that permits this to happen. Any ideas what is happening here. I am planning to reverse the procedure in the 737-400 but even if that works it does not explain how all the planes are starting cold. THanks for any insight.
January 30, 200323 yr The Flight1 flight is your default "startup" flight, I assume? I.E. that's what loads when you start FS2002? Following flights will inherit their state from the previous one. So if your plane is cold and you start a new flight, the new one will load cold too. Likewise, if you started the engines and then started a new flight, the engines should now be running when the new flight loads.
