Climbing Problem A320

to around FL250 everything going ok climb rate +1000 speed 280 kias, after this FL automatic trim incrises and i'am keeping losing speed to STALL, I tried decreas climb rate, but trimer doing the same thing. I cant climg fly levels such 35000,38000 ft. Does anyone had the same problem ? Is it conected whit load of the plane?Thx for any help or guids in manualMichal

Hi Michal,Do you set the V/S to +1000/min? The Airbus will do the climb for you automatically, adjusting the V/S to keep a constant airspeed climb for you.Dan

Above approc FL250 you really need to set V/S to about +200 to +400 and go to selected mode. Much more and you risk a stall.
