A320 Pitch Sensitivity

Recommended Posts

Guest saluki57

Pitch seems way too sensitive when I hand fly the A320. Is there anything that can be modified to address this issue?

Hello Tim,Try to adjust sensitivity or "acceleration" of the pitch buttons in FS' setup. At least in FS2k2 it is possible, if a bit coarse.Maybe you should also have a look at any "yokesoftware" and it's settings.Hope it helps. Take care.

Remove the ch yoke usb and uninstall any ch software then re-boot, insert the usb again and let xp find the new hardware and install it's own software. Open to the standard c172 startup at KSEA.Make sure avionics are on and trim set in middle.Open options/controls/sensitivities, make sure ch yoke is top of the drop list and set ailerons, elevators and throttle all the way right, but leave about 5% null zone.then press ok.Next modules/fsuipc and click the joystick tab. reset the elev ail to the recommended values ie:-1650/0/+1650 and add a little slope as well.set the throttle value to max. Click OK. Now reset the ms sensitivities of elev and ailers to about 50% and save the flight as default.using the pss payloader, put in some pax and ralstic amounts of cargo and baggage.change to your pss a3xxx and put in the correct amount of fuel for the flight. These new control settings should've carried through to the bus and should stop that annoying tendency to pitch up just as you flare for landing.I hope this helps, but don't forget, the pss320 was designed for fs2k2 and running the fs9 patched version does have some problems.Would be really nice if pss could do a from the ground up version for fs9.
