A question about the FMC.

I have no problems using the FMC. I get it loaded no problems and the aircraft tracks the flight plan up to a point. It seems that every now and then the flight plan skips a waypoint and no longer flys the flight plan. I have to take over the flying and head to the waypoint in order to follow the flight plan. Once I reach the waypoint, I can put the aircraft into auto mode again and it will follow the flight plan. It's no major problem, just wondering what would cause this.Thanks and merry X-mass to all.:-wave

I've not seen ths happen before. Is there a route it happens on regularly or is it all routes? Can you give an example route where it happened and I will fly it and see what happens.
