PSS Airbus A319/320/321 Problems

Dear All I wonder if you anyone could help me please, I installed the PSS Airbus A319/A320/A321 pack and it is great except for one small problem. After I rotate the aircraft into the air it refuses to respond to 90% of the joystick commands that I input and when it does respond its terrible (for example if I rotate the aircraft into the air at a 15degree angle it continues to pitch up!). I have checked the aircraft.cfg file etc and everything is fine! I tried merging the panel and sounds with the iFDG models and again the same problem happened so I guess it has something to do with the Panel or Sound files. I had previously installed the package previously and it worked brilliantly! My PC meets the requirements 10x over, and I have checked all the FS directories etc, and everything
