Airac and sid/star questions

I downloaded your airac package with the 777-200LR and it shows as 0313. Is this an error? Also, does your package install the latest sid/star database? if not where do you recommend i get the most complete one? thansk a lot

I didnt do tonight's install but will dowble check. It should have been 0510.
