A little problem turning

Hi Guys !!I have had this kind of problem testing the plane. While the autopilot keep the altitude in the right way in levelled flight i have noticed that when turning i see the altimeter loose 5-6 hundred feet and then regain it with a rate of 1500 feet overshooting the altitude set so that the plane start to decend again and then go up again for all the turn till the plane is stabilized in levelled flight. Then after a landing i tried to disconnect the APPROACH Button but i wasnt able and autothrttle didnt work anymore:D Thank You Alfredo PS: Anyway seems to be a nice plane expect for frame rateproblems that i am sure u will solve...
