PSS B757 interim fixes

Hello all,Several fixes have been uploaded to the server, to obtain them you will need to re-run the base installer.Items included are: * New Gauge file * revised cfg and textures * updated FSUIPC * updated NavdataWork continues in order to provide the remaining fixes in the shortest possible time. A new base installer will be released when these items are ready.
