February 8, 200323 yr Since a couple of days I have a problem with landing. As soon as the plane touches the runway, it's increasing power (automatically) and does not want to stop even if I press F1.Hope that some of you have a suggestion!Thanks in advancewillem

February 9, 200323 yr You need to disconnect the autothrottle beofre the landing unless you have an advanced aircraft like PIC that can do a realistic autolanding complete with automatic throttle up until landing when the reverse thrust is automatically deployed. Unfortunately, the default MS and other autopilots can't do this so the autothrottle must be switched off just before the landing. I like to switch the whole autoflight system off at around 200 AGL. Doing this should fix your problem.Cheers,Marc
