Download Errors

Dear Norman,I managed to download the package of VC only aircraft, but then one I installed the updated package I couldn't get the RR aircraft to work. Everytime I tried to load them up my system would crash. So this afternoon I tried to reinstall the entire package, but I keep getting a Download Error after the third file pack is downloaded. Is your system down or do I have registry issues? Please let me know.Regards,Bill
