PSS 777 center pumps

hello!can somebody tell me how do i have to let the center pumps(off or on)on startup after startup and during takeoff because sometimes is says fuel low center right and left or fuel in center(when it's off)

Standard procedure on Boeings as far as I know is to draw from the middle tanks if there's fuel in them, so you would have the pumps on. If you do not have fuel in those tanks (possible for a shorter flight) leave the pumps for those tanks off. (Indeed, the EICAS will alert you if those tanks are empty and the pumps have been left on.)
