major problems with 1.3

First-I followed directions, uninstalled previsou version, latest version of framework, and fsuipcNow, I can only load fuel once..then the number goes to zero and I am unable to change the amount of fuel loaded.I can usually open the door, but closing it is a different matter..but sometimes I cannot close it. The problems get much worse when I start fspassengers, no 7/1 elevator trim adjustment-only by mouse...no connecing to ground services...I cannot even get the apu to start running...plus I cannot open door 1.Any help would be greatly appreciated!Richard

Richard,I have not seen or heard this issue before, and I have used FSPax with the 757 without issue.I would suggest that you re-run the base installer and try rebuilding the config files, and if that does not work a complete reinstall.The other thing that I can think of is it maybe related to the flat battery issue if you can not open/close doors.
