OT: TopText iLookup spam...How to kill?...Help...

I know it's not about simming, but it affects my ability to properly use AVSIM...I can't get rid of this horrible spam window that keeps appearing. It underlines text and provides links to other sites. I have no idea where it came from. It appears and then boots be back to the AVSIM home page after I have selected Forums. Anyone else have this annoying pop-up. I have a spam filter ,but this gets by it every time.
