May 9, 200719 yr Hi all,The other day I noticed that when at egll and practicing atc comms, when i'm tuned to ground and want to request taxi, voxatc sometimes prompts me to say, "Cessna 1151D at gate 121 with information bravo ready taxi with clearance," and sometimes, "Cessna 1151D at gate 121 with information bravo request taxi vfr manchester." In both instances i go through the same procedure; full atis breif, tune clearance and get departure intructions for vfr and then tune ground for startup e.t.c but it appears to randomly prompt me to say either one of the above. So my problem is that when communicating without the help of the prompt, how do I know which one to say?By the way, in both instances i fly vfr, so it can't be a case that the "ready to taxi with clearance" is ifr and "request taxi vfr" is for vfr.Sorry about the long post.Regards,Marcus
