AeroSim Classic Liners shuts down FS2004 at takeoff :(

I get this problem, and the only way I have been able to get the thing to work (aircraft to keep on flying after 5 seconds)is if the panel folder is deleted. Is the INS system at fault? AeroSim support cannot help me, as they keep telling me it is not their fault.Thanks
