FS2004 weather question

Recommended Posts

Guest

Hi All,Just wanted to know if the clouds in this version of the sim will be 3d at all altitudes, instead of changing to flat layers after passing 3000ft above or below them. Also has the visibility limit for the clouds increased too?? in some of the screenshots it looks as though this is the case but then it may also be the angle of the shots. Cus i know that in FS2002, the clouds only display 15 miles out and that makes the sky look pretty empty at high altitudes. MS, even 40 miles out will suffice :-)And is it true that we will be able to see weather fronts from a distance, and be able to dodge CB tops in high flight???Thanks in advance, professa
