Burkhard Renk and/or Ruud Faber ?

Recommended Posts

I have both Land Class/texture add-on's and I'm trying to understand the difference:With Ruud Faber's FSScene I only get replacement textures, but Autogen stays FS2K2 default? With Burkhrad Renk's FSLandClass I get replacement textures AND Autogen will be placed in area's where they should be (Urban/Industry/Farm)Is above true?I tried Ruud's (which I really like for the 3D effect), but I don't see the Autogen adapt to the terrain. This correct? Can somebody comment?I like to buy the US version of one of the both, but I'm not sure yet which one to pick. Thanks!Gideon

You're wrong.Landclass does not give you new textures, all it does is change the place where textures are applied.FScene gives new textures but no new landclass.Combine the two for some mindbogglingly great scenery.

No, no, do a search for "Autogenius", it will do a much better placement of autogen items than the FS2k2 default.Lobaeux

Autogenius might enhance the Landclass/FScene combo even further, though I haven't tried it.
