misplaced texture titles in Southwest Australia

There are big texture blocks off the coast of southwest Australia just a hundred or so miles north of Perth. I am not sure if this is caused by scenery or whether its like that in the default. I have Perth scenery installed but have heard that any scenery can cause this if it has some issues, how do I find out whats causing the problem?Thanks
