Help i cant connect to multiplayer!!

I cant connect to multiplayer. I cant click on the boc that says 'connect to muiltiplayer" so i cant use multiplayer. I tried everything. contacted microsoft and they told me that i need to make a new user account , didnt help at all.! If this happened to any1 or knows how to fix this please tell me. or email to me at: [email protected]
