FS9 multiple images problem

FS9 in cockpit view while on the ground taxing and on takeoff, I get multiple images of objects such as buildings, aircraft, etc., and on takeoff the horizon keeps repeating itself. Also the sky flashes to black then back to normal. At night the stars, etc., streak across the sky.Generally the problem goes away in panel view ("W" key) or spot view after a few minutes.Any help to fix this problem is appreciated.
