Full Screen Mode

Hi All.I have 2 problems with FS9, in that.1. I canot run it in anything but full screen mode, other settings wont work. I want to be able to look at serv info while flying.2. I canot turn off the on screen tips function, althow I unchecked it still works. I get all the usual lean mixture, low fuel, altitude etc. The main problem is the altitude keepe changing when I am trying to land which makes things very difficult.Any Help.Pauld :+
