Looking in the control panel, I don't see where I can change Mipmap LOD to -3 like I could with the geforce.Any idea where i modify this?

Slide teh Detail Tab all the way to the right. You won't need anything more with this card. Make sure you have the latest Catalyst drivers.I find 4X AA, 8x Ansio, Detail and Quality Tabs all the way to the right works best on my system (P4 2.9).Enjoy the card, its tremendous!

Here's my settings. Go with high quality textures but back off the mipmap to quality. Get's rid of the twinkling trees tops. Run 16x12x32 with 4xAA & 16xPerformance AF. Lock you frames in the twenties. PS: If you run at 1280x1024x32, use 6xAA with same other settings.
