MaxiVista Professional, multiple computers and FS9

Featured Replies

Anybody using this MaxiVista for multiscreens? I thought about using it but need more details. Like, can you run it in full screen mode or does it have to be in windowed mode? Also, what are the pros or cons with running FS9 on two computers?I have been thinking of getting another computer to network with my Dell so then I could use two screens, etc..Would there be any performance benefits fro using two computers?

Hi,I seem to be one of few people here to use MaxiVista and I love it. I use it over 2 laptops, and with a secondary monitor hooked up to my main card I have 4 screens to place things. You can run FS in Full Screen Mode. The down side is that everything must run from the main computer. If your machine is powerful enough, then this is OK. If not, then it is better to network with the Dell and run certain programs over WideFS and a registered version of FSUIPC.With MV I do not use WideFS.Ask more questions if you need to!Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/Active Sky V6 Development Team Active Sky V6 Proud SupporterHiFi Beta TeamRadar Contact Supporter: http://www.jdtllc.com/AirSource Member: http://www.air-source.us/FSEconomy Member:http://www.fseconomy.com/
