Daylight Savings Change

Since it now starts earlier and ends later, has anybody figured out how to change the Daylight Savings Time dates in Flight Sim? I've done the appropriate updates on my computers but FS has a mind of it's own. I have read some posts elsewhere about editing the timezone.bgl file but I have no idea how to do that. I was hoping somebody had uploaded a fix for that. I may just have to wait until April when the old date comes around.Any thoughts?
