March 4, 200323 yr Is there a (formula tables? charts?) used to determine fuel consumption of a 737-400. I would like to do realistic fuel planning for DF734 including calculations for consumption for climb, cruise, headwind/tailwind, descent and of course my holding fuel plus 45 minutes beyond that.I have seen Excel planners, but do not have Excel and don't want to spend a pile of cash as I wouldn't use Excel other than for the fuel planning.I want to maximize my cost effectivemess by getting my a/c as close to max takeoff weight as possible with out sacrificing pax or cargo. Thanks in advance,Adam
