I'v been downloading differant airports that say they have ie "KDTW 50 gates" then import them into my AFCAD then save them. I've downloaded a few of these, But I don't see any ramps that come out' you know the ones that the passengers get on when they get off the plane. Am i missing something here?

It sounds like you're downloading AFCAD files. There, the term "gate" means simply a parking spot for your plane or for AI planes. AFCAD files contain no visual objects.I believe that you are looking for airport scenery files. In that case, the objects that you want are usually called "Jetways" at US airports. I think I've seen the term "Airbridge" (or perhaps Air Bridge) used at European airports. R-Edit to correct typo. R-
