I remember a whole lot of discussion about the flight dynamics and autopilot behavior of this add-on back when it came out. Lots of aircraft.cfg tweaks and suggestions for merges with freeware stuff posted. I know there was a patch released by SkySim since the initial release.My question is...what's the final verdict on this one? Will the tweaks posted in those threads get the FDE and AP gremlins sorted out satisfactorily?All I want is a fun, nice-looking airliner. Perfectly faithful PMDG or Level D-style systems modeling doesn't matter to me, I have precious little time to devote to actually flying the sim without spending untold hours reading manuals in "ground school." But if the plane is a chore to manage on every flight or approach, it defeats the whole purpose.

Hi,I have the MD-11 since day one. And with all patches, it seams that they solved most things,...even the FDE.However, beware that it still is a serious framerate hog. One reason for this is that they for some odd reason use a strange coded default GPS as a navdisplay. And they have also put together two default GPS in one gauge for the navdisplays in the VC!! :-rollSo,..until they sorted the framerate issue,...it will remain in the hangar. ;-)
