Is it ok to remove the FS9/sound/Thunder folder without causing inintended consequences? Seems awkward hearing thunder while cruising at FL350.ThanksKemoF15

Why not just rename it and see what happens. If you don't like the consequences just change the name back.

Just replace with silent wav files.
