trouble with the elevator c130 simshed

Hallocan somebody help me, i have the following trouble with the c130 from simshed.the elevator is flapping:see the movie at this urlhttp://www.flightsimclub.net/c130a.htmlpush the play buttomhow can i stop this! or wath is the cause ?
