Hi, I'm a newbie to FS9 and this forum. My question lies in whether or not I can use something like Stephen Rothlisberger World Mesh with say Real Environment Pro and not have a conflict between the two.~Thanks

You sure can. REP is a texture utility which improves the look of the terrain while Mesh will improve the geography. Such as hills, mountains etc.
