I added the bgl file to scenery/scenery at ksea. I checked and rechecked and nothing changed at the air port. Why?

What AFCAD BGL file were you adding? Was it an AFCAD that was part of an add-on scenery package? I can't see that particular afcad here in the library at avsim, but perhaps all it is doing is adding parking spaces.
