Render and Sound Problem

Hi,Like subject says I'm having some render problems.When I run FS9 or FSX planes doesn't have textures (outside and inside, virtual Cockpit).That's what happensAnd when I go fly and power up the engine there are some sound issues (the engines fade out) but when the engines are at full power sound is fine again :SActually I've tried to re-install DirectX 9.0C, Change Graphics driver (ati) and nothing changed :(
