March 13, 200323 yr 2 questions; I was wondering which is the best "hanger manager" out there. I have had "Addit! Pro" for the last year. I see there is a new one out called FS Manager. Has any one tried both or is there a better one out there I do not know about. The second question is about the tools to get to design my first plane. I have downloaded tons of planes for my enjoyment.(Thank-you to the designers) I would like to design one and give something back to the FS community. I have read the designers notes in the zip files so there seems to be some who use FSDS or GMAX and a bunch of different utilites. So what a good base to start from. I was also wondering what are the best tools for designing Scenery. Could someone inform me what I need or tell me where the FAQ area is about these subjects. Thanks in advance Bill, Vancouver, Canada
March 14, 200323 yr I've been using Addon Manager ever since it came out and could not function without it. If you have a large inventory of birds, scenery and are constantly are moving about the world in different environments and scenerios, AOM is absolutely indispensable. Way too feature rich to list everything here. Just visit the site, download an unregestered copy and give it a quick test drive. The minimal shareware fee is a small price to pay to have all your FS bits safely stowed away but instantly available.Racartronit means something, but I just can't remember what.
