Downloading North Atlantic and Pacific Tracks....

I'm trying to get the NAT's and PACOTS to put into FS Commander but keep getting a 'security certificate' error and the page cannot be found. Not getting much help from the program writer. All I hear is 'mine works fine'. I see alternate sites where the tracks can be found, but how to import them into my flight planner? Do I just have to input them manually, I guess?Ideas anyone?Thanks
