FS Commander logbook

I posted the question on the FSC site but answers there come really slowly. Maybe someone here has a quick answer.On my flight from NZAA to YSSY, the logbook did not record the info. On all my previous flights, it worked just fine. I understand you have to intercept the first waypoint and I was sure to do that. I used 'auto heading' to make sure I intercepted the following waypoints except the last one, as I was vectored to a different runway and had to deviate from the last waypoint and head north. For the the logbook to work, do you have to intercept ALL waypoints in your loaded flight plan? I'm just not sure why it didn't record as the flight progressed without a hitch.Thanks for any info.
