Cannot Set Aircraft Quality Setting to Ultra High

Hi there those who are experienced with FS9. I cannot set the Aircraft visual quality settings to Ultra High. Everytime I select Utra High, and clicked OK, when I come back to check the setting, It has always dropped to High. I even selected the antialiasing settings on FS9 and the graphics card. I can set the scenery quality to Ultra High, but not the aircraft. Is it possible to set the aircraft to Ultra High? I can do this in FSX with no problem. I have Nvidia GeForce FX8800GT Graphics Card and the resolution set at 1152x864x32 in both FS9 and the graphics card. The antialiasing works in default planes, but on 3rd party add-ons, only the outline of the planes are straight lined, but some of the curved stripes and graphics of the planes are jagged. I would like to see all jagged lines straight. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
