My local airfield recently replaced their old grass runway with a tarmac one. Is there any way that I can apply this change in FS9?

I believe that AFCAD2 will let you do that. R-EDIT to add -- AFCAD2 is available here in the library. R-

Sorry, I can't seem to find it anywhere. There are loads of airports made with AFCAD but not the actual program.
