Flight Sim Problems.....Please Help

Featured Replies

Hey everyone. FS 2004 and FSX are both freezing up on me after about 45 minutes to an hour....each followed by the "Send Error Report" window. I've tried to find a solution everywhere but no luck. Recently I upgraded my power supply, ram, and video card but other games like COD World at War run fine for hours with no problems. I never had this problem before the hardware upgrade so I'm not sure. My specs are:AMD X2 4400Asus A8N-SLIEVGA GeForce 9800 GX2 (I had a Asus 7800GTX)4GB OCZ PC3200 (I had 2GB of Corsair XMS)Dual WD Raptor 150s in Raid 0Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Are you using any ASUS utilities?!

Check your anti-virus. I had an identical problem a couple years ago, even after I "closed" the program in the icon tray, it still caused FS9 to crash about 45mins into the flight.I currently use Avast anti-virus and close it out with FSautostart prior to loading FS9--no issues.F15Driver
