I am curious as to what changing the value of the Color_Level parameter in the ProxyUser file actually does during the "color hack" process. What is the difference between a value of 7 and 13, for example? Best regards,Tony

On virtual earth USGS terrain tiles, zoom level 13 is the last layer that has color information. layers 14-17 (as used by TileProxy) are all black and white.I use layer 13 for post colorization when the color hack is turned on.Refer to THIS posting to see how marvellous it can lookhttp://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=set...=show_topic#235

Hi Christian,Thanks for responding and enlightening me. It seems a very clever procedure to me, the way the colorization is working. I had the most incredible flight sim experience so far last night, flying out of Monterey airport and checking out Pebble Beach golf links via Tile Proxy. Just love this program!Tony
