What's the best way to keep things running optimally Christian? I'm doing a lot of flying in my local area (200 x 100 km rectange) so I've probably got most of the tiles now. Experimented a bit with VE in the early days but happy on GE now. Did cleanup.bat and deleted cache to get back to tiles of one colour a while ago (once service).Do you recommend regularly clearing cache, or cleanup.bat for photoreal World, or both (or none!).I've been trying to defrag FSX and TP every week or so - on a separate partition.Any suggestions appreciated.Rob

It's really hard to say if a huge number of files inside these folders would have a negative performance impact.I'd say the World folder only has to be cleared when you switch between GE and VE. The Cache folders can stay, as each service has its own folder.
