My DSL connection was just upgraded to 6,000 kbps. Is there a setting in the ini file that I can change to take advantage of that speed or is the Tileproxy connection not a changeable parameter? I did not see anything in my ini file.

Tileproxy will saturate your link, so there's nothing to change.The rate=... parameter in the module_config string only affectsthe timeout settings and is to be specified in MBit/s. Specifying6.0 here might actually cause you problems as all timeouts wouldbe 1/3 of their original length.
